KLB Virtual Tour for Gabriel's Inferno by Sylvain Reynard Stop for My Review and Giveaway

Author: Sylvain Reynard
Professor Gabriel Emerson, a specialist in Dante and the art of seduction, believes he has already earned his exile to the lower circles of hell. Since redemption is impossible, there is no reason to refrain from indulging in a life of pleasurable sin, using his notorious good looks and sophisticated charm as a means to gratify his every whim. But when he meets Julia Mitchell, a brilliant, lovely, and innocent grad student with the achingly familiar eyes of an angel, all of his cynical convictions are challenged. Her mysterious allure and the havoc she wreaks on his self-satisfied existence cause him to lash out at her, while her quiet beauty and innate goodness consistently undermine his control, tempting him beyond measure. Despite surviving a traumatic childhood, nothing has shaken Julia's faith that redemption is possible for everyone-everyone but her. Her unworthiness torments her, since the only man she will ever love has managed to forget her very existence, failing to even recognize her when they reconnect. Too naive to see that Gabriel's hostility is a mask for his increasing obsession with her, Julia forces him to come to grips with his past while she continues to unwittingly torment his senses. His fascination grows into a dangerous preoccupation, for Julia is forbidden fruit . . .

My Thoughts: When first approached by KLB bout the Tour for Gabriel's Inferno, I never heard about this book, but the mail telling about it had my appetite wetted and me craving to dive in and explore the inferno Sylvain Reynard created. You always think to yourself, "will it live up to its hype...will it be blah?" Well, I'm here to say the wetted appetite was just the beginning. Once I delved in I wanted to stay lost in Gabriel's Inferno. I can safely say I freaking LOVED this book..and its not a small book; its 514 pages.A mere glance at a picture and a chance encounter sets Julia's heart on fire at a young age causing her to fall in love with her best friends brother....only, she wakes to find him not there and doesn't see him until 6 years later, when she runs into him as her professor...oh my...Gabriel sees his brown eyed angel and feels something he hasn't felt in a long time. He's basically a jerk to her at first cause he doesn't understand what he is feeling and thinks he is a lost cause with no chance of redemption. Both have gone through a lot in their lives and are a bit scared. Julia never thought she would be loved and Gabriel never thought he was worthy of it. Normally I'm not one for Julia; she seems a bit sad and scared. I like a female lead with sass, but something bout her called to the inner-me and kept me entranced...she really is an angel. I even teared up at one part of the book for her. Gabriel had me at the edge of the seat from being a jerk, but you can tell he cared for her and there was a part of me that thinks with the right love everyone can change...and sure enough he did. Gabriel became tender and sweet, yet always protective. I would say he became my hero. I couldn't stop reading, and when I wasn't reading, I was thinking bout it. Sylvain Reynard has hooked me, and I want more...she even teases us with an excerpt to let us know there will be another book coming. Are you ready to visit Sylvain's creation in Gabriel's Inferno? I know I am anxiously awaiting the next book so I can lose myself all over again.

KLB Virtual Tour for Ty Langston - Decadent Dreams Review

Title: Decadent Dreams
Author : Ty Langston
Blurb: Beth Mason seemingly has it all. A successful bakery/café called Decadent Dreams, good friends, and a nice home in Stamford, New York.
After her previous boyfriend dumped her six months before for not spending enough time with him, Beth decided that she had been through enough and wanted more in a relationship. Throwing herself back into the dating scene, Beth decided to go onto an online dating website called, ‘A Foreign Affair.’
Enjoying the different types of men from all over the world that ‘A Foreign Affair’ catered to, Beth became struck by a handsome man from Belarus named Yuri who was the former manager of the famed Rhapsody night club. After realizing that they had a lot in common, the two struck up a close, intense relationship.
Yuri, who’s been depressed since his nightclub burned to the ground and watching his best friend’s parents both die from a terminal illness, decided to take Beth up on an invite and join her for a fun-filled weekend in New York City.
With both of them full of emotions, will the weekend be just what they needed or more than they bargained for?

Erotic Novella

My Thoughts: Beth was unlucky in the love department and way too busy with her bakery Decandent Dreams to look at possible relationship prospects, so she does the next best thing. She joins a dating site called " A Foreign Affair" where she meets Yuri. Beth and Yuri , who is from Belaruse,  talk online and Beth decides to invite him to New York to meet.
I have to say, I didn't love this book but I did enjoy it a lot.Slow in the beginning but the paced picked up the further you got into it. I haven't ventured to trying the online dating sites, but this story would have tempted me. However, I have fallen for guys across seas I met through online social networks, so I could relate to it in that sense. I thought they had great chemistry and passion in the room. There were plenty of hot sex scenes to burn the sheets.Though i will say i wanted to see a little more outside of the bedroom where we know they had great chemistry. Maybe a little more outside excursions around the city, they did manage to make it to a night club for some dancing. The way they fall in love was sweet and I was rooting for them the whole book.

3.5 stars out of 5
